Okay so you're pregnant, what to do?🤰

There's always a panic right before something great comes along yeah? Well, that's just how your soul prepares for the new. As with the body and mind, one slows down and keeps your grounded while the other has all sorts of thoughts.


Here are a few things you could do immediately after youve seen the two lines:


  1. Find a safe spot on the ground to sit in.

  2. Breathe in deep and close your eyes for about 5 seconds and breathe out slowly. Do this a couple of times until your body and mind come onto one page. This only takes about a few minutes and you will feel it when you get there.

  3. This moment is when you open your eyes and talk to your body calming it down and try to very slowly feel your heartbeat, your breath, your skin, the air around and you will be more collected from when you started.

  4. Now you can go meet someone that can give you a hug and hold you while you process this.

  5. With a few hours going by and the hunger kicking in, will slowly adapt to the changes unexplainably.


The body of women is designed to look after itself, provided you are not invading with modern techniques of speeding the process or numbing feelings that are supposed to be felt for just the right amount of time, for just the right reasons.
