How much productivity is productive?
Dispatches from the forest • Purreins Frequency
Whatever you do and aim for it to be productive needs consistency—but too much consistency is actually toxic and can backfire on productivity, making it more of a force than a want.
So how productive should you be to make it effective productivity?
Let’s say, we at Purreins Frequency need to water all the farm plants once a day, every day. So what happens when we fall sick? We have another one of us doing it on our behalf, and other work—such as shipment, delivery, or manufacturing—is pushed to the next day.
We are honest about this, because in reality forced consistency doesn’t actually lead to productivity, but rather destruction—causing damage to health and hence multiple departments henceforth.
“One message for the day we’d like to put out there is that misalignment in body, plant, or quality can only be aligned with extra time and not instantly, because we strictly forbid the use of chemicals and antibiotics.”
